On Saturdays we brunch! Come to the vibe house for a day of connection, community, and vibrant living. Bring your favorite dish (homemade preferred ;) to share with the crew! But first, we will move our body and release stagnant energy in a unique yoga workout, under the sun surrounded by the garden if weather permits.
THE YOGA CLASS (10:30-11:30): This is a unique yoga workout class guided by Summer, a reiki master here at the Vibe House. She will lead you through basic yoga poses and sculpting exercises, and end the class with a sweet shavasana and group reiki session. DONATION BASED
THE POTLUCK (12:00-2:00): A group contribution and meal shared among friends. Bring a dish (plant based preferred but not required!) and get ready to taste all the yummy contributions of love.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring a dish for the afternoon potluck (PLANT BASED PREFERRED) Bring a yoga mat.
