Wednesdays are all about tapping into our creative genius in the kitchen and embodying the chef within us- by crafting culinary art from scratch.
We love to create international cuisine and embrace different cultures right here in our kitchen, and we love to make it from scratch, as healthy and fresh as it can get. Not only using all of the diverse products you can find in San Diego, but the best quality we can get our hands on, like using only first cold pressed organic olive or coconut oils, or using dates, agave or organic maple syrup as sweetener… the list go on. We source our food from local farmers or straight from our own garden which connects us to the food we eat and the process of its creation.
THE EXPERIENCE: Based on the ingredients and produce we have, we will throw it all together crafting culinary art. You are welcome to come with any idea, vision, and/or bring produce you have grown yourself or collected from local farmers. Then we enjoy the creation!
