Yoga Workout 11am-12pm (Optional & Donation Based)
You’ll be guided by Summer through a basic yoga flow to warm up the muscles and get oxygen and energy flowing. We will then get the heart rate up and blood pumping through body-weight and cardio workouts. Lastly we will end with stretching and Savasana while you enjoy the spring breeze, smell of essential oils and garden flowers, while Summer performs reiki healing for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
Community Potluck and Sustainable Practices (12pm-2pm)
Here are the guidelines:
Bring any food item you’ve either grown yourself or purchased from a local farmer (you can find something at either a home-owned business or a farmers market!)
Together, we will create a masterpiece and enjoy outside in our beautiful garden setting. *Weather permitting
